What's included
- Sanitizing Fixtures: Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, urinals, sinks, and surrounding splash zones.
- Mirrors and Glass: Wiping down and buffing mirrors, chrome faucets, and soap dispenser surfaces to remove water spots and smudges.
- Surface Wiping: Disinfecting countertops, partition walls, door handles, and light switches to eliminate high-touch germs.
- Restocking Supplies: Refilling hand soap, paper towel dispensers, toilet tissue rolls, and seat cover holders from office stock.
- Waste Management: Emptying trash cans and sanitary napkin bins, replacing liners, and wiping down bin exteriors.
- Floor Care: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors with a commercial-grade disinfectant solution.
Not included
- Unclogging Plumbing: Clearing blocked toilets, snaking drains, or repairing leaky pipes and broken flush valves.
- Grout and Tile Restorations: Intense scrubbing of stained grout lines with vapor steamers, or machine-buffing dull floor tiles.
- Mineral and Scale Removal: Applying heavy acids to remove deep, years-old green copper corrosion or white limescale crust from metal fixtures.
- Ceiling and Vent Deep Clean: Vacuuming or washing inside high ceiling HVAC vents, extraction fans, or acoustic ceiling tiles.
- Wall and Partition Washing: Complete scrubbing or pressure washing of full-height privacy walls and tile surfaces (beyond spot cleaning splashes).
- Repairing Fixtures: Fixing broken soap dispensers, loose hand dryers, or re-caulking degrading silicone lines around sinks.
