Vacuum First: Open the window and vacuum the tracks using a narrow crevice tool to pull out loose dust, dead bugs, and cobwebs.
Break Up Caked Dirt: Sprinkle baking soda into the track, spray it with a 1:1 mix of white vinegar and water, let it fizz for 5 minutes, and scrub with an old toothbrush.
Wipe the Frame: Wipe down the entire frame (top, sides, and sill) with a microfiber cloth dipped in warm, soapy water, then wipe it dry.

Scrub Stubborn Spots: Use a non-scratch nylon scrubbing pad to gently remove bird droppings, tree sap, or tape residue.

Cut the Top Edge: Tilt your squeegee blade and pull it horizontally across the very top inch of the glass to create a dry starting strip.
Pull Downwards: Place the squeegee in the dry strip and pull straight down to the bottom sill.
Wipe the Blade: Wipe the rubber blade completely dry with a lint-free cloth after every single stroke to avoid transferring water back to the glass.
Overlap Strokes: Start your next downward pull, overlapping the previous clean section by about 2 inches.
