Windows can be one of the first impressions a company makes on someone. We'll make sure your windows are clean, so you don't have to worry about these often-overlooked aspects of a building.
What's included
- Interior Glass Cleaning: Squeegeeing and wiping down all interior window glass surfaces to remove smudges, fingerprints, and dust.
- Sill and Frame Wiping: Dusting and damp-wiping the immediate interior windowsills, ledges, and vinyl or aluminum frames.
- Ground-Level Exterior Glass: Cleaning the outside glass of ground-floor windows and glass entrance doors that can be reached from the floor.
- Streak-Free Buffing: Using microfiber cloths to buff edges and remove water marks or cleaning residue from the glass.
- Basic Screen Dusting: Lightly dusting or brushing removable window screens to shake loose surface dust.
Not included
- High-Rise / Ladder Work: Cleaning exterior windows above the ground floor or first-floor limit, which requires specialized scaffolding, lifts, or water-fed poles.
- Deep Screen Washing: Removing, scrubbing, pressure-washing, and re-installing heavily soiled window screens.
- Post-Construction Scraping: Using razor scrapers to carefully peel off leftover construction debris, dried paint splatter, silicone, stucco, or heavy adhesive tape.
- Mineral Stain Removal: Applying heavy chemical acids or abrasive polishing compounds to buff out deep, cloudy hard-water stains and lime scale deposits.
- Window Track Deep Cleaning: Intense vacuuming and steam-cleaning of the deep, grime-filled tracks where the window slides.
- Blinds and Shutter Cleaning: Dusting, washing, or wiping down window coverings, blinds, cords, or office curtains.
